RRSP Contribution Cut-Off Date
Just a friendly reminder that you have until March 1, 2019 to contribute to your RRSP to lower your taxes for the 2018 tax year.
If you aren't sure how much contribution room you have left, you can check your RRSP limit through My Account on the CRA website.
Don't have an RRSP?
Making contributions to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) is a tax-effective way to save for your retirement. You can open an RRSP with a bank or an investment firm, and then select the investment vehicle that suits you best, based on your investment knowledge, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
The above is not all-inclusive and there could be other points to consider based on your personal situation. We are happy to discuss your circumstance and come up with a strategy that works best for you.
